Instead of the common rhetoric of money no enough, how would our spending and saving habits change when we earn 10,000 USD (about 15,000 SGD) monthly?

You would be within the top 5% of income earners in Singapore then.

One of the reasons behind why you hear lots of “noise” during every election is because 95% of the Singapore population are earning less than 15,000 SGD, some even less than 1000 SGD. Raising the minimum wage may be able to help momentarily, but it won’t be long before prices will spiral up as “costs of production” (YOUR INCREASED WAGES) increase.

Minimum Wage

The Opposition voice in parliament is useful as a check against the ruling government, but they are not gonna be able to change much. What do you expect them to do? Give you back your CPF? Perhaps that may help those who have been working for many years, and if they have finished paying their mortgage loans for the properties they stay in. But the majority of Singaporeans are not financially savvy, so where would they be able to find instruments that can give them a minimum of 2.5% interest as with the Ordinary account, not to mention 4% from special account?

Most may just leave it in the bank, and either be convinced by financial advisers to put in some long term vehicles (which may get them less than 2.5%) or risk them in unit trusts, or investment linked policies that offer no guaranteed returns while promising an eventual medium to long term gain, or huge losses depending on market performance.

Social problems may arise, crime rates increase when some may have spent all their money from their CPF. Not everyone may be as responsible as you in money management. Therefore, in my opinion, the CPF is a good way our “parental” government keeps the nation safe and that everyone will have some money during their retirement years.

I asked people randomly would they still be unhappy living in Singapore if they were earning 15k SGD a month. Almost everyone told me that they would not be too perturbed about government policies, rising costs, and retirement.

Why is this so?
Simply because they are happy. When people are happy, they enjoy more and complain less. They have more to put aside for retirement and tend to have better advice as priority customers to financial advisers and bankers. They have more options to invest their money instead of just saving plans. They start looking at properties locally and overseas. Things change. You hardly hear the top 5% income earners in Singapore talk about how bad the government is or how living in Singapore is a pain because of high living standards.

So what can you do to earn 15,000 SGD monthly?

What if there was a way, you can earn 15,000 sgd a month or more regardless of your education level, age, gender, race or religion?

Would you even be open to know more? Or close your minds and say “Nah, Its too good to be true” or “I don’t have that kind of life” or “anything else your own mind may have you believe”.

I am not promising that you will make 15,000 SGD or even 500 SGD. But I can promise you, if you keep your mind open, and are willing to spend some time to build a little home business that I am able to guide you in building, be coachable and committed, I can help you to be the best pay master to yourself.

Ask yourself, what do you have to lose? I have lost hundreds of thousands in traditional businesses only to learn that if only I had discovered this earlier, my worst case scenario was to have lost a couple of thousands if I really got unlucky. My best case scenario outweighs the downside in benefits of potentially paying myself a good residual income.

I used to lead a team of financial planners. Some have become really successful in their careers and earning a good income. I am now looking to do the same in a different platform – Network Marketing. Before you put it off and say no, remember, “in every industry, there are scholars” – Chinese Proverb.

I am looking for 10 people who are willing to join me to build a good income for ourselves, and for them to pay it forward by following the system I have in place to help 10 people who are willing to build this business either full/ part-time. If you think you are one of them, and you reside in any of these countries:

  1. Australia
  2. Canada
  3. Equador
  4. Hongkong
  5. Indonesia
  6. Ireland
  7. Japan
  8. Malaysia
  9. Mexico
  10. Philippines
  11. Singapore
  12. South Korea
  13. Taiwan
  14. Thailand
  15. United Kingdom
  16. United States
